Your privacy
Effective October 21, 2026
The short version. The LoopLoose app collects nothing about you. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. This website counts visits with Google Analytics only if you say yes.
The LoopLoose app
The LoopLoose app doesn't collect, store or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising in it, and nothing tracks you across other apps or websites. It works offline: nothing you do in the game is sent anywhere.
What stays on your iPhone
Your progress (the stages you've solved, your stars and your badges), the theme you picked and your settings are saved on your iPhone, and they don't leave it, except in your iPhone's own backups. We never see them, and deleting the app deletes them.
Buying the Full Game
The Full Game is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never see your payment details or your Apple Account.
When someone buys the Full Game, asks for a refund, gets one, or stops sharing it through Family Sharing, Apple sends a short notice about it to a LoopLoose server. It says what was bought, the price, the date and Apple's transaction number. It doesn't include your name, your email address or your payment details, and we can't tell who you are from it. We keep these notices for seven years, for our accounts and refunds, stored with Amazon Web Services in Singapore.
Sharing badges and saving them to Photos
When you tap Share on a badge you've earned, LoopLoose makes a picture of it and hands it to your iPhone's share sheet. You choose where it goes, and we never see it.
When you tap Save to Photos, LoopLoose asks to add the picture to your photo library, and asks only then. It asks for permission to add pictures, not to see them, so it can't look at the photos you already have.
Children
LoopLoose doesn't collect personal information from anyone, children included.
This website
looploose.app sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites until you choose. A small banner asks whether we may count visits with Google Analytics. We remember your answer in your browser's storage on this site and ask again after about a year. You can change it at any time with "Analytics choices" in the footer.
If you say yes, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends Google details of your visit: the pages you read and when, roughly where you are (worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics doesn't store), your device, browser and language, and the site you came from. We use this to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Google's advertising features and signals are switched off, and we don't join this data to anything else. Google handles it under Google's Privacy Policy, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for your browser.
If you say no, nothing is loaded from Google. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your browser counts as a no.
The little board on the home page runs in your browser, and nothing about your moves is kept or sent anywhere. Like any website, our web host processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages and keep the site safe. The LoopLoose app has no analytics; this section is only about the website.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date at the top. If a future version of LoopLoose changes what happens to your information (for example, if it starts counting how stages are played, so we can tune them), we'll update this page before that version comes out.
